This is a live 7-day guided experience where you will work directly with one recurring pattern in your life and begin to see it clearly enough that it no longer pulls you in the same way.

You may notice that you repeat the same relationship dynamics, react emotionally in ways you cannot seem to control, or overthink situations without anything actually changing. You may find yourself returning to the same types of situations again and again, even though you can clearly see the pattern.
At some point, most people begin asking questions like:

You may already recognize the same emotional triggers, mental loops, and behavioral patterns, yet nothing seems to change in a lasting way.
Here is what is actually happening
You are not failing to fix the pattern. You are still identified with it.
You are operating from one side of a structure, reacting from within it, and trying to change it while still inside of it. As long as this is the case, the pattern will continue to repeat.
This is not because you need more effort or more insight. It is because you have not yet seen the full structure of the pattern. As long as you are inside the structure, your understanding cannot override it.
Understanding from inside the pattern does not free you from it.
What this 7-day experience does
Over the course of seven days, you will work with one real pattern in your life. You will identify it clearly, understand how it is structured, and experience both sides of it directly.
You will begin to recognize what you have been identified with and learn how to separate from the pattern rather than continuing to react from within it. You will also begin to see how emotional triggers and reactions are part of a larger structure, rather than isolated problems to be fixed.
As you begin to see the full structure, your experience of the pattern changes. It no longer feels the same or pulls you in the same way. This is not about forcing change or trying to control your reactions. This is about seeing clearly enough that the pattern no longer feels like who you are.
This is the shift most people never make.

What you will experience each day
Day 1 — Define the Pattern
You will identify a real situation and use the Mind Unwinding structure to clarify what you are reacting to, what you feel, what you require, and what you are trying to feel instead. This reveals the structure of the pattern, not just the surface behavior.
Day 2 — Enter the Pattern
You will move into the part of the pattern with the strongest emotional charge and fully embody it. This allows you to understand its role and how it is attempting to help you.
Day 3 — Discover the Opposite
You will access the opposite perspective, which has often been ignored or suppressed. This reveals the internal split that maintains the pattern.
Day 4 — See Both at Once
You will step into the position that can recognize both sides at the same time. This allows you to see how they depend on each other and reduces identification with either side.
Day 5 — Question the Structure
You will begin to see how the pattern is maintained through belief and identification in real situations. Without holding onto these assumptions, you can experience what remains and recognize that the pattern is not who you are.
Day 6 — Return to the Situation
You will revisit the original situation with awareness of the full structure. You may notice that, even if the situation remains the same, you do not feel the same because you are no longer relating to it from a single identified position.
Day 7 — Integrate
You will learn to include all perspectives without being confined by any of them. This gives you a method you can continue to use on your own.
How this is different
Most approaches attempt to change what you feel, fix emotional triggers, control reactions, or change behavior directly. These approaches often fail because they operate within the exact structure that is producing the pattern.
The Process works differently. It reveals the structure of repeating patterns so that you can see what you are identified with and step out of it naturally, rather than trying to force change from within the pattern itself.
How it works
The experience takes place over 7 consecutive days
There is a daily live call at the same time each day
Each session includes a short teaching using The Process
One participant will work through the process live as a demonstration
You will complete a guided written exercise each day
There is time for group questions and clarification
This is not passive learning. You will work directly with your own pattern each day.
By the end of the 7 days
By the end of the experience, you will have:

Seen the full structure behind it
Experienced a change in how the pattern shows up, even in situations where it previously felt automatic
Recognized separation from the identity in a real situation with practical results

Why do I keep repeating the same emotional patterns?
Most people already have some level of insight into their patterns. They can describe what is happening, and may even understand why it is happening. However, the pattern continues because they are still identified with it.
This is why insight alone rarely leads to lasting change.
When you are identified with a pattern, your understanding does not override it. Instead, you continue to react from within the same structure. This is why the same emotional triggers, mental loops, and behavioral patterns continue to repeat.
Seeing the pattern clearly is what allows you to step out of it.

The Process is a structured method for seeing the patterns you are identified with so that you can stop taking them as who you are.
In this experience, you will move through three core phases:
Orientation, where you clearly discover what is happening using the Mind Unwinding structure
Disentanglement, where you explore and include multiple perspectives rather than remaining fixed in one position
Stabilization, where you learn to include all perspectives without being confined by them
This is not about forcing change. It is about understanding your experience in a way that naturally allows change to occur.
