The Process

A method for uncovering the mental structures that create psychological suffering.

Suffering persists because we identify with limited parts of the mind and mistake them for ourselves

AN INVITATION TO LEARN THE PROCESS

I do not care about non-duality as an intellectual pursuit. I care even less about the study of philosophy or logic. I see little use for religious systems, including their rituals and beliefs. I care only about one thing:

I want you to be happy.

The foundational introduction to The Process and non-dual inquiry into suffering, identity, and recurring emotional patterns.

This method is profound. Nothing else I have done, from meditation retreats to all kinds of self-help programs, has had more of an impact on my life than The Process. Thank you!

I am very grateful for the work we have done together. I came to you with the highest stress levels, and now I feel a deep peace because the Process is alive within me.

A Direct Way to Examine the Roots of Suffering

Private Inquiry Sessions

For most of my adult life, I have been trying to understand suffering. My meditation practice brought moments of clarity and peace, and yet I still found myself caught in anger, doubt, and inner conflict. That tension became impossible to ignore. I realized that understanding spiritual principles was not the same as dissolving the mind-made patterns that create suffering.

The Process grew out of that recognition. It is a structured way of working with the mind that divides experience into opposites and imprisons us between them. Rather than trying to suppress emotions or transcend life, this work embraces everything. The aim is simple: less inner division, less suffering, and a more stable sense of clarity in everyday life.
