Explore The Process Through Live Inquiry

The Process is not simply a philosophy or set of ideas. It is a direct method for examining the internal conflict and structures of identification that sustain and recreate suffering.

These live offerings are designed and guided by R.J. Mahaprana to help people encounter the mind directly and experientially  using The Process.

Whether you are completely new to this work or looking to go deeper into recurring emotional patterns, there are several ways to begin.

A Free Live Exploration of Emotional Patterns and Moving Beyond Suffering

These free weekly classes are a great place to begin.

Each session introduces a different aspect of The Process while exploring why emotional suffering and recurring patterns often continue even after therapy, meditation, spiritual practice, or self-inquiry.

Classes include:

  • foundational teaching
  • live demonstrations
  • practical examples
  • questions and discussion

These are not motivational talks or passive lectures. They are structured introductions to a practical method of direct inquiry.

No prior experience is required.

A Free Live Exploration of Emotional Patterns and Moving Beyond Suffering

These small-group sessions are designed for people who want direct practical experience using The Process in a shared inquiry setting.

Participants bring recurring emotional patterns, reactions, triggers, or forms of suffering into a structured group process focused on examining the deeper structures beneath them.

Rather than focusing on advice or problem-solving, the inquiry explores how suffering is continually sustained through identification, resistance, polarity, and internal conflict.

Group inquiry can be especially powerful because shared themes often reveal the deeper human structures beneath what initially appears personal.

Sessions are intentionally kept small to support meaningful participation and connection.

Workshops & Intensives

Deeper Exploration Through Longer Practice

Longer workshops and immersive events will gradually be added throughout the year.

These extended formats allow more time to work deeply with specific themes such as:

  • recurring emotional patterns
  • relationships
  • identity
  • resistance
  • emotional triggers
  • inner conflict
  • direct inquiry

Some workshops may take place over several hours, while others may unfold across multiple sessions for deeper integration and sustained practice.

These offerings are ideal for those who want a more immersive environment for learning and applying The Process.

Begin Where You Are

Some people begin with a free introduction class. Others feel ready for direct group inquiry or more focused one-to-one work immediately.

There is no required path through this work.

For those wanting a more individualized setting, private inquiry sessions provide focused attention on specific emotional patterns, conflicts, relationships, or recurring forms of suffering through direct inquiry into the mechanisms that continually recreate suffering.

The important thing is the willingness to look honestly and directly at the patterns that continue creating suffering within experience.
